Charges have been filed against three suspects in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 3301 Green Street about 2 a.m. on Saturday (June 7).
The suspects, Herman Williams III, 43, Alfred Lucious, 26, and Ahmon Hogg, 22, are charged with murder in the 339th, 262nd and 488th Criminal District Court, respectively. Williams III is also charged with tampering with evidence in the 339th Criminal District Court. The booking photos of the suspects, who are in custody, are attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Quincy White, 31.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Roberts and Detective J. Wallschlaeger reported:
Officers responded to a report of a shooting at a business at the above address and located the victim inside suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male, later identified as Mr. White, deceased at the scene.
Further investigation determined the victim was sitting inside of his vehicle outside the store when unknown suspect(s) in a dark colored sedan began shooting. The vehicle then fled in an unknown direction. The victim then fled inside the store where he collapsed.
