It’s unlikely that Jim Parsons will take his place again anytime soon.

The actor, who narrated Young Sheldon and played Sheldon Cooper on all 12 seasons of The Big Bang Theory, disclosed that the only way he would ever play his beloved character again would be through “reincarnation” in the “next lifetime.”

At the May 17 Drama League Awards, Parsons gave an exclusive interview to E! News, saying, “Look, never say never to anything.” “If God wills, life is lengthy. But in my opinion, no.”

However, it’s obvious that Parsons is still willing to occasionally portray his eccentric genius persona. On May 16, he costarred with Mayim Bialik in the Young Sheldon prequel series finale as an adult Sheldon.

Parsons stated, “It was very, very special to do that,” in his interview with E!, which will run on May 20 at 11 p.m. “Today is feeling a little strange, don’t you think? This is the second time it’s happened because this was also how it felt when The Big Bang Theory ended. somewhat distinct.”
