Owner of Yummy Tummy to Launch Breakfast Concept Next to Letty’s in Humble

Letty Martinez, owner of Letty’s Authentic Mexican Cocina and Yummy Tummy bakeries, is set to open a new breakfast concept this fall in Humble. Called The Taco Shop, the eatery will serve Mexican-style breakfast favorites and is located just two doors down from her existing restaurant.

Letty shared that one reason for launching the new concept is that Letty’s usually opens around 11 a.m., leaving mornings underserved. Rather than losing people seeking early meals, she decided to open a separate place focused on breakfast.

The Taco Shop is expected to debut in November at 1007 First Street East, Humble. As of now, there is no listed phone number or separate website.

Martinez also owns Yummy Tummy, a bakery known for cakes, pastries, cupcakes, cookies, and custom orders, with locations in Humble and New Caney. This new venture will allow her to diversify her restaurant offerings and capture morning traffic.
